The Fraud Committee

In January 2025 the Minnesota House created its first committee with a sole focus on oversight: the Fraud Prevention & State Agency Oversight Committee, chaired by Rep. Kristin Robbins. Over the next sixteen months it held twenty-five hearings, heard from whistleblowers and agency heads, and in May 2026 adopted a final report. Report, p. 5
